Accessing Hospital Sales Reports via the Menu

Opening sales reports via the menu grants access to all available types of sales reports in the system. For details on the types of reports, click here. Alternatively, sales reports can also be opened via the toolbar. Click here for instructions on this method.

Instructions for opening sales reports via the menu :
1.

Navigate

to{{@5#bkmrk_menu_01}} Sales Reports item in the menutop-level andmenu. selectThis "Salesaction Reports."
2.will Choosereveal a dropdown menu, which lists the different types of sales report types available in the system. For details on the types of sales reports, click here.
Click the appropriate report type from the sales report type dropdown menu,menu. whichThis will then promptreveal another dropdown with two (2) options for: detailed or summarised. If you are not familiar with the difference between these types of reports, click here. Once you have chosen between the detailed and summarised oroptions, detailedthe reports.
3.report information page opens. Fill in relevant inputs on the report information page. Depending on the report type selected, additional inputs such as practice or cashier selectors may be present. Specify a time range for the report.
4. Once all inputs are completed, the print button will become active. Click the print button to generate the report.
5. The report information page will close, and the desired report will open for viewing.
