Accessing Hospital Sales Reports via the Menu

Opening sales reports via the menu grants access to all available types of sales reports in the system. For details on the types of reports, click here. Alternatively, sales reports can also be opened via the toolbar. Click here for instructions on this method.

Instructions for opening sales reports via the menu :

1. {{@5#bkmrk_menu_01}} Sales Reports item in the top-level menu. This action will reveal a dropdown menu, which lists the different types of sales report types available in the system. For details on the types of sales reports, click here.
   
2. ClickSelect the appropriaterelevant report type from the sales report type dropdown menu. This action will reveal another dropdown menu with two (2)options: optionsDetailed :or Summarised. If you require clarification on the distinction between these report types, click here. After selecting either the detailed or summarised.summarised If you are not familiar withoption, the differenceReport betweenParameter theseSelection typesPage ofwill reports, click here. Once you have chosen between the detailed and summarised options, the report information page opens.open.
3. Fill in relevant inputs on the reportReport informationParameter page.Selection Page. Depending on the report type selected, additional inputs such as practice or cashier selectors may be present. Specify a time range for the report.
4. Once all inputs are completed, the printPrint buttonToolbar Button will become active. Click the print button to generate the report.
5. The report information page will close, and the desired report will open for viewing.
