Capturing billable items (from the Consultation page).

To capture billable items do the following:

1. {{@3#bkmrk_instr_patient_find_and_select}@18#bkmrk_instr_consultation_page_open}}
2. {{@3#bkmrk_instr_patient_once_focused}} click the Billable Items toolbar button to open the Billable Items page.
