Completing a consultation.

Consultations exist in the following statuses :

To complete a consultation follow the following steps :

1. {{@18#bkmrk_instr_consultation_page_open}}
2. Click the Complete toolbar button.
3. A confirm complete dialogue will appear, click Yes to complete the consultation.
