How to complete a consultation.

Consultations exist in the following statuses :

Completing a consultation changes its status from ongoing to completed. To do that do the following :

2. Click the Complete toolbar button. Only ongoing or completed consultations can be completed.
3. complete the consultation. To complete the consultation, click ‘Yes’ in the dialogue box.
