How to view previous notes, forms and attachments.
Patient history is accessible from within a consultation page from 2 distinct sections:

- Click the Cancel cons. toolbar button. Only pending consultations can be cancelled.
- cancel the consultation. Click ‘Yes’ in the dialogue box to proceed.
