How to view previous notes, forms and attachments.
Patient history is accessible from within a consultation page from 2 distinct views:
- Dashboard view, under the heading "Prev. consultations, admissions and attachments".
- Timeline view, at the bottom of the view.
To view
- Click the Cancel cons. toolbar button. Only pending consultations can be cancelled.
- cancel the consultation. Click ‘Yes’ in the dialogue box to proceed.
