How to view previous notes, forms and attachments.

Doctors find it beneficial to review a patient’s history as it guides the optimal treatment plan. Upon opening a consultation page, historical information is found in two (2) distinct views.

• Dashboard view, under the heading "Prev. consultations, admissions and attachments".
• Timeline view, at the bottom of the view.

To view 

2. Click the Cancel cons. toolbar button. Only pending consultations can be cancelled.
3. cancel the consultation. Click ‘Yes’ in the dialogue box to proceed.
