How to view previous notes, forms and attachments.

PatientDoctors find it beneficial to review a patient’s history isas accessibleit fromguides withinthe optimal treatment plan. Upon opening a consultation pagepage, fromhistorical 2information is found in two (2) distinct views:views.

• Dashboard view, under the heading "Prev. consultations, admissions and attachments".
• Timeline view, at the bottom of the view.

 

To view 

1. {{@18#bkmrk_instr_consultation_page_open}}
2. Click the Cancel cons. toolbar button. Only pending consultations can be cancelled.
3. {{@5#bkmrk_instr_dialogue_box_01}} cancel the consultation. Click ‘Yes’ in the dialogue box to proceed.
