How to view previous notes, forms and attachments.

Doctors find it beneficial to review a patient’s history as it guides the optimal treatment plan.  UponThe openingmost efficient method to retrieve this historical data within a consultation page, historical informationpage is found in two (2) distinct views.

Dashboard view, underthrough the headingtimeline "Prev.view. consultations,This admissionsview andpresents attachments".all Timelinerecorded view,events atfor a specific patient, organized by year, providing a comprehensive record. Alternatively, the bottomdashboard view offers a snapshot of the view.patient’s history, displaying only the five most recent events.

 

To open timeline view do the following :

2. Click the Canceltimeline cons.blue toolbarribbon button.

To consultationsview the patient history via the dashboard view do the following :
