Pathways to pages: How to open the technical support OMPs.
There exists a unique set of Object Management Pages (OMPs) that are exclusively accessible to members of the technical support team. These pages can be accessed via the menu bar. To navigate to these pages, click on the ‘Preferences’ item in the top-level menu. This action will reveal a dropdown menu, which includes an option labeled ‘Tech Support Tools’. Upon selecting ‘Tech Support Tools’, a list of tech support OMPs will be displayed.
The table below provides a guide to these special OMPs. It consists of two columns:
- Column 1: Displays the label of the tech support menu item listed in the dropdown that appears after clicking ‘Preferences’ and subsequently ‘Tech Support Tools’.
- Column 2: Lists common reasons for opening the corresponding OMP.
This table serves as a quick reference guide for technical support staff to navigate to their exclusive OMPs.
