Pathways to pages: How to open the technical support OMPs.

There exists a unique set of Object Management Pages (OMPs) that are exclusively accessible to members of the technical support team. These pages can be accessed via the menu bar. To navigate to these pages, click on the ‘Preferences’Preferences item in the top-level menu. This action will reveal a dropdown menu, which includes an option labeled ‘Tech Support Tools’Tools. Upon selecting ‘Tech Support Tools’,Tools, another dropdown will appear, from which you need to select ‘Tech Support Tables’Tables. This final step will display a list of techthe technical support OMPs.

The table below provides a guide to these special OMPs. It consists of two columns:

• Column 1: Displays the label of the techtechnical support menu itemOMP listed in the dropdown that appears after clicking ‘Preferences’Preferences, then ‘Tech Support Tools’Tools, and finally ‘Tech Support Tables’Tables.
• Column 2: Lists common reasons for opening the corresponding OMP.
