Open the Patients Page.

Search for a patient by typing any of following patient information in the search input :

• Patient Full Name
• Previous Full Names
• Patient number
• National ID
• Medical Aid Number

As you type any of the above listed  search fields, the table section is updated by filtering out any patients that do not meet the search parameter.

Click the BtnP03 after completing patient details. To successfully save an entry ensure that all required fields are completed.

If your system is configured with multiple practice numbers then the Practice number selection popup window will open. In which case type a valid practice number and click Next. If you have typed a validevalid practice number this Practice Number Selection popup Window closes.

Find and select a patient.

Once focused on a particular patient.

Navigate through the inputs in the form. It is most efficient to use the “Tab” keyboard button to navigate from one input to the next, or the “Shift + Tab” keyboard combination to move from one form input to the last input.
