X-Items page instructions

Search for a service/item using the “Code/Descr.” input. With each keypress the dropdown filters to only diplay services/items whose code, description or tariff code matches the search phrase. Select a service/item from the dropdown by :

  • Clicking "Enter" keyboard button to select the top-most option on the dropdown.
  • Use the mouse to select any visible option from the dropdown.

Depending on your system settings, the sales price input can be editable.

Having specifiedfilled in all the necessary information for a particular billableselected service/item, prepare to select the next item by clickingclick the Add footer button (markedbutton bywith a plus signicon) atto theselect bottomanother of the page).service/item.

HavingTo selected allprocess/complete the Billable Items,transaction click the Process footer button to(button proceswith a receipt icon at the transaction.far right of the footer).
