How to capture consultation vitals.

To capture consultation vitals do the following :

1. {{@18#bkmrk_instr_consultation_page_open}}
2. Click the Vitals toolbar button to open the Vitals page.

Once the Vitals page is open, fill in any relevant vitals information. Click the Save footer button to complete the process.
