How to capture consultation vitals.

Instructions :

1. Go to the homepage and click a consultation from either the pending or ongoing tables, or open an admission from one of the admission ward tables.
2. Click the Vitals toolbar button to open the Vitals page.
3. Once the Vitals page is open, fill in any relevant vitals information.
4. Click the Save footer button in the Vitals page to complete the process.
